Who should I contact about my trash services?

If your trash or bulk pickup is ever missed, please contact Republic Services directly at 844-737-8254. 

How do I pay my utility bill?
  • Online Portal
    o You can pay with debit or credit card. Keep in mind that to pay with a card there is going to be a 3.7% processing fee.
    o This is where you can also sign up for auto pay.
  • ACH Bank Draft - no processing fees
    o Your utility bill will be drafted on the 10th of each month or the following business day if the 10th is a weekend or holiday. This is a FREE way to pay. You must complete the bank draft authorization form on the utility billing department page.  
  • Call the secure phone line to pay (877) 881-0113
    o You will need your account number and service address
    o Keep in mind that to pay with a card there is going to be a 3.7% processing fee.
  • Cash, check, or money order - no processing fees
    o Pay in person or use the 24/7 drop box at City Hall: 201 Main St.
  • You may utilize bill pay through your bank, if your bank offers this service. Please note: Electronic payments can take 2–3 business days for the City to receive. If your bank mails a paper check, it may take 2–3 weeks to arrive.

When is my utility bill due?

Utility bills are available on the online portal by the 1st of each month and are due by the 15th. A $20 late fee will be applied the following business day if payment is not received in full by the due date. Any unpaid balance not paid in full by the 25th of the month will result in disconnection of service on the following business day.
